Instructions
Select Jose Imero from the patient list.
Click on Billing and Coding.
Click on Charts.
Click on the Patient Information tab and select 1–Patient Information Form to review the patient's demographic information.
Click on the Patient Information tab and select 2–Insurance Cards to verify that the insurance identification numbers are correct.
When you get to Box 14 on the insurance claim form, click on the Patient Medical Information tab and select 1–Progress Notes.
Click Close Chart to return to the Billing and Coding area.
When you get to Box 24 on the insurance claim form, click on the Encounter Form clipboard.
Click Finish to return to the Billing and Coding area.
Click on the Fee Schedule sheet to verify the insurance form has the correct amount for each service listed.
Click Finish to return to the Billing and Coding area.
